Using the basic version of the website does not require the provision of personal data, but using the Registration Form and the Administrator’s services does.
The Administrator ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data, including those provided by website users, specifically to prevent third-party access or processing that violates regulations, and to prevent data loss, damage, or destruction.
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of providing service activities, particularly in the execution of service contracts, for taking orders, contacting you, and returning equipment. The period for processing and storing your data is limited to the period of limitation for claims arising from the processing grounds, after which your data will be anonymized or deleted.
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract with the Administrator.
The Administrator will only share your personal data with its suppliers who are entrusted with personal data processing services e.g., IT services provider, accounting services provider, legal services provider. All entities to which your personal data will be disclosed will process it based on a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.
You have the following rights regarding the processing of personal data:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the supervisory authority under the GDPR) regarding the processing of your personal data by the Administrator in the manner and mode specified in the provisions of the GDPR and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
