Using the basic version of the website does not require the provision of personal data, but using the Registration Form and the Administrator’s services does.
The Administrator ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data, including those provided by website users, specifically to prevent third-party access or processing that violates regulations, and to prevent data loss, damage, or destruction.
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of providing service activities, particularly in the execution of service contracts, for taking orders, contacting you, and returning equipment. The Administrator processes your personal data based on Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 94/46/EC (hereafter “GDPR”) – i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party.
The Administrator may collect the following personal data: information provided by you in the Registration Form, identification data (name, surname, company name), address data, contact data (email, phone), data transmitted by you necessary for the provision of service activities in specific cases.
The period for processing and storing your data is limited to the period of limitation for claims arising from the processing grounds, after which your data will be anonymized or deleted.
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract with the Administrator.
The Administrator will only share your personal data with its suppliers who are entrusted with personal data processing services e.g., IT services provider, accounting services provider, legal services provider. All entities to which your personal data will be disclosed will process it based on a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.
You have the following rights regarding the processing of personal data:
– The right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, access to them and the following information: a) the purposes of the processing; b) the categories of relevant personal data; c) information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, and if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; e) information on the right to request from the administrator rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, and to object to such processing; f) information on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; g) if the personal data were not collected from the data subject – all available information on their source; h) information about automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Articles 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR, and, at least in those instances, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the supervisory authority under the GDPR) regarding the processing of your personal data by the Administrator in the manner and mode specified in the provisions of the GDPR and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling).
